If I deleted the BL2 game data (in order to do a fresh install from the CD), do you know if it will get rid of the patches? If it does, then I can load up my characters and upgrade my stats before I update to the patch again…if that makes sense. My guess is that BL2 changed how the game saves are written, and the editors can’t read them anymore.Įxtra info: the only DLC I have is Captain Scarlett and her Pirate’s Booty.
I downloaded the Willowtree editor to see if it worked, and it is also having the same problem, “Could not load save.” It is also able to open the older saves just fine.
